I called Cayce and left a message. She called me back from out of town and generously took the time to go over the issues we were facing with our foster dog. We talked about 20 minutes and I felt so much more at peace with the difficult decision we were facing whether to adopt or return our wonderful dog. Cayce was informed and caring.
