My dog was shaking in their training room on her second visit as well as being fearful at home. I texted them before her second visit and Terri just told me to talk to Humberto. They denied anything was wrong. They said she was reacting to my feelings of guilt. I didn't feel bad for her until after I saw her timid and fearful behaviors. It's taken her 6 months to reduce her fear. They don't pay attention to dogs they are overcorrecting and try to blame the owner. When I asked for training without the shock collar, Humberto suggested hitting my dog instead. It was not made in error. I worked with Humberto and Christian as well as communicating with Terri. Edit: After writing this review, they reached out to ask me to remove it saying it hurt their feelings and is bad for business. They have since removed their public reply that they didn't know who I was. (I had a photo of myself on my profile back then.) This was an honest review of my experience. Saying I wasn't a client publicly while contacting me privately is just another clue to how manipulative they are. There training might be effective, but there's also the possibility that it could harm your dog. I don't think you should take the risk of making your dog fearful or breaking them. It's been a year and a half since working with them. My dog is mostly recovered. Flashes of fear pop up less and less, but I really regret creating that fear in her.
