FirstBarkI highly recommend Lake Erie K9 for your dog training needs. We did the K9 Boot camp for our 7 month old Boxer/pit mix and it was a fantastic experience. Not only did I see a change in my puppy, I also noticed a change in myself. After 6 weeks, we are able to control our dog a lot better while on the leash. We are excited to have their help training our other dog too!

Veteran and Law Enforcement owned and operated, Lake Erie K9 offers dog training including basic/advanced obedience, behavior modification, and AKC canine good citizens training/testing. Obedience training and behavior modification services are offered in the privacy of your home or at our facility. A therapy dog course is also now offered. Lake Erie K9 “Bootcamp” offers basic obedience puppy/dog training in a group environment. Don’t miss our Tactical Maneuvers ( beginner agility) class this year or our Spec.Ops. advanced group obedience course in which we set up our training like any civilian police or military working dog would go through.

Gino just graduated from Lake Erie K9 Puppy Bootcamp! Everyone was right—Mike is the Erie Dog Whisperer! I made the mistake of going to a training course at a local chain; it was a complete waste of money. Luckily, I took some good advice and went to Lake Erie K9. I seriously learned so much—even just when I went to the first session without my dog (I kept him at home to sign paperwork.) Mike really understands the psychology of how dogs think and behave and is very good at teaching that to each dog’s human. It was a very fun and entertaining course, and my puppy is sooooo much better. I went from a “pack friend” to the “pack leader.” I definitely recommend!!!

We recently adopted a Border Collie/Cattle Dog mix from Anna Shelter and turned to Lake Erie K9 for assistance in training this extreme bundle of energy. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this wasn't just about training our puppy—it was about training us to handle her like pros. Gary was fantastic from the start, quickly correcting our mistakes and setting us on the right path. Thanks to his guidance, our puppy now knows commands like Sit, Down, Stay, Leave It, Go to Spot, Look, and Come. The transformation has been incredible. I couldn't be happier with our choice of Lake Erie K9 for our dog's first training experience. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of help managing their pup.
Outstanding training!!!! ,my dog was stubborn, but after weeks of training and taking classes with Lake Erie K-9 he's done a complete change of behaviors. They offer classes from beginners to advanced, I would recommend them to any dog.
