FirstBarkMy new rescue Crosby and I were very pleased with both Gary and our class at boot camp.Crosby has a lot more to learn and really appreciate the patience and time spent, great to work with others and his class was great,even when my dog was being inattentive. We both are looking ahead to attend more classes at Lake erie k9 !

Veteran and Law Enforcement owned and operated, Lake Erie K9 offers dog training including basic/advanced obedience, behavior modification, and AKC canine good citizens training/testing. Obedience training and behavior modification services are offered in the privacy of your home or at our facility. A therapy dog course is also now offered. Lake Erie K9 “Bootcamp” offers basic obedience puppy/dog training in a group environment. Don’t miss our Tactical Maneuvers ( beginner agility) class this year or our Spec.Ops. advanced group obedience course in which we set up our training like any civilian police or military working dog would go through.

Lake Erie K9 has given ME the understanding of "how, when & why" commanding my dog is important. I received AMAZING instruction & knowledge about bonding & training my very active dog. This place is amazing, I couldn’t recommend it enough! My dog came from the Anna Shelter and had some reactive issues, anxiety and a few behavioral issues as well. We started with a private session to work on some tips for the reactions as we were having issues with him getting too excited and loud around other dogs. After that session there was immediately a change and we started the boot camp. He loved it and we learned so much about things we were doing wrong, and how to give him better training. After 5 short weeks he is now an amazing dog and we have no more problems, I don’t think we could have found a better trainer or program! :)
I had adopted a dog from Anna shelter and he wasn’t very trained and had super bad anxiety. After just one private session we noticed a change, in our dog and how us as parents handled him. We did the boot camp and it couldn’t have been a better learning experience for me. I highly recommend and would even say it’s necessary to take your dog here!
We completed the K-9 boot camp and are going to the next set of classes! It was very informative, hands-on and professional. Mike is an amazing instructor and answered any and all questions. We would highly recommend Lake Erie K-9 for any kind of training or assistance with your pup! Also, extremely affordable and worth it.
