My wife and I have a 90 pound German Shepard, Remi Rae. Very loving and playful dog, except she grew to be extremely leash reactive. As we plan to grow our family, my wife and I needed to be sure to have a 100% obedient dog so my wife would be comfortable knowing she can walk the dog with a baby/toddler and not have to worry about barking, lunging, and pulling constantly on leash. Remi came home after the three week training program and it’s been life altering. We no longer have to hold her back, we no longer worry, and best of all she’s always looking for our commands on and off leash. 11/10! Emily and Jennifer are fantastic.

We had a fabulous experience at LA School for Dogs. Jennifer and staff have a wealth of experience! They have cultivated a program that works. Not only did they effectively train my new puppy in basic obedience, but the were able to address some of his individual issues. I cannot recommend them enough!

The training was amazing and my dog is behaving much better. His trainer Emily was so loving and kind to my dog and he enjoyed going in every day. He is going to miss her now that training is over! Thanks so much for helping my dog!! highly recommend.

We took our dog Daisy here after it was recommended to me by a neighbor. Daisy is a rescue (2 year old rat terrier / chihuahua) that we inherited after my mom couldn't care for her any more, and she had many behavioral problems. She would pull constantly during walks, was aggressive towards other dogs, went potty in the house, was not eating her food consistently, and was very protective of "her stuff". I took her to the 3 week drop-off course and already after 1 week in I could see huge improvements. The pulling behavior was completely gone and she was sitting and looking to me for instructions, which she never did before. By the end of the course, all of the other major behavioral issues were fixed as well. Importantly, I also learned the tools I need to continue her training and managing her in high anxiety situations. This course has been a life saver and likely prevented us from having to make a hard decision about whether to keep the dog.
