I cannot say enough good things about this dog training business. Shelby quite literally improved my dog’s behavior in ONE DAY, I was blown away. The knowledge, patience, and confidence she brings to training is unmatched, and you can tell she truly cares about both the dogs and the owners. Shelby is one of the hardest working women I know, and it shows in every aspect of her work. She and her wife Chiara built this business completely from the ground up, and the amount of time, effort, and heart they’ve poured into it is incredible. Chiara handles all the backend, and together they are a true power couple. They complement each other perfectly and run an extremely professional, successful operation. It’s clear why this business is thriving. Their dedication, consistency, and passion set them apart, and no one else compares. If you are even considering training for your dog, Shelby is who you want. They host such amazing events and it is truly an experience you won’t have anywhere else! I would recommend them a thousand times over. Whoever thinks their business could ever come close to Shelby and Chiara YOUR CRAZY AND DELUSIONAL🤣 you cannot copy experience it’s as simple as that! I called multiple places to get my poodle trained and find the people with the best attitude and direction. My boyfriend and I decided on kyser k9 because of the initial fast response and the fact that the owner said “don’t worry to even check back I am pretty good with remembering things and I’ll note it down on my calendar”…. Needless to say, I had to text back , and then again, I received a text message the next day saying the days of the week available and I chose the soonest one, she didn’t answer yet again and I called 3 times. She answered and cut the conversation extremely short without letting us know about the expectations, payment plans etc. Whatever , we were thought she must have been busy and didn’t notice, I text her the address and the confirm the day again, she agrees. Day of, I ask her 20 minutes before for an ETA, no response, I already had a bad feeling, 2 hours later I sent her another text asking if she would be coming at all. No response. Least to say it’s been 8 days, she keeps posting ; no call , no accountability, no reason. Don’t waste your time, she clearly doesn’t take business seriously.

A friend of ours referred us to Kyser training and Shelby when we were having difficulties with our 10 month old Golden Retriever. Toot is a good boy but when faced with a stimulus would not listen, no matter the amount of physical energy we tried to help him work through, you could see his brain was not being exercised, was reactive on leash with other dogs, and felt we didn’t have a way of communicating properly with him. We meet Shelby and signed up for the 14 day board and training program. During this time we were out of the country and Shelby was beyond amazing with communicating with us and sending us daily updates with videos of how Toot was progressing and enjoying his time. On picking him up, Shelby spent so much time reviewing the details of his training and ensuring we understood every piece of the training he went through. His recall, engagement with us, mental exercise work, and leash reactivity have improved tremendously. We think the best part is being able to communicate with him in a way that he responds to and has reduced our stress and anxiety and created peace in our house. The other aspect of Kyser training, is their after program activities. They have pack walks and meet ups to reinforce training, that give you the ability to discuss and work through challenges at home. We cannot say enough about Shelby. What sets her apart is her ability to develop a relationship with your dog and her genuine investment in your relationship with your dog. Grateful is an understatement.

Shelby is absolutely the best! She has a true talent and passion for this and it shows! She brought me back a brand new puppy! He had never been away from me before and she calmed all my fears! I couldn’t be more pleased with her service. I plan to use her for more advanced training in the very near future. I highly recommend her. I promise you will be well pleased. Absolute professional, kept me informed daily with videos and pictures.🥰❣️🐾
