Kyser K9 Dog Training

I paid $3000 for 2, 5 month old boxers, for 10 days. I expressed and stressed to Shelby that my biggest concerns are that they are not potty trained and that they do not listen when I call them. They don’t come to me when I call them and peeing and pooping in the house. She assured me and confirmed that they will be potty trained for sure and that they will definitely come to me when I call them. She even told me that she will train them to hit a bell when they need to go. Honestly, not only am I upset that I paid all this money for a sold dream, but I had to work on them for months until they finally got it. I did a better job lol. First day back they were not even giving me any signs when they needed to go potty. Obviously I used my judgement and let them out 30 minutes after they eat and drink to make sure they potty. Another thing she promised was that I was going to be able to walk them and they will be ok with walks, yeah right. I messaged her about the issue, and she said she can take them in for a few more days to work with them. Well she never answered my messages again after that and never kept her end of the deal. Next time I know to just spend the big Bucs to get better results with a well reputed company. That will stand by their word. I should’ve known that 10 days was kind of unrealistic probably.

We had 1 extremely reactive rescue(heeler, husky, pit) and 1 other older dog (lab, pit) who started to get really anxious. We did the 2 week board and train while on vacation and I can’t even begin to count the positives. The fact that we never had to stress about their care and well being made our vacation so much more enjoyable than it’s ever been. Getting daily picture and updates was an added bonus to be able to see their progress. But the best part was coming home and walking into a new pair of dogs. I will pay whatever it takes to have my dogs in Shelby’s care when I need help or when I’m just going on vacation and need a trusted place to board them. I can’t recommend enough. We can’t wait to do the pack walks and follow up lessons to learn even more about our boys and how to give them the best life while enjoying ours. If you are even considering needing help, do it and call! You won’t regret it , it might even save a life.
