FirstBarkPaid deposit as requested a month in advance, dozens of attempts to get my dog scheduled, only a few responses. Which was always "soon" refused to refund deposit. Complaint filed with the BBB

Really great experience with KRoberts K9! Our girl has always been a good dog, but she just had so much energy that it ended up leading to some behavioral issues. With a young toddler and a baby on the way, we weren’t able to offer the training she needed. Kellen did an amazing job, and I can tell our pup genuinely appreciated his attention. We’ve had her back for over a month now and she is so much calmer and able to focus when given her commands. It’s been such a wonderful change. Thank you!
I couldn’t have been more happy then what we were to see Precious do well taken care of and she loved them. They took their time and overcame a lot of obstacles that really helped her to trust people. They trained us to be better dog owners when it comes to disciplining her. If I ever need their service again there would not be any hesitation.☕️
We had Precious trained by KRoberts dog training. As a pet owner you always want to make sure that your pet is in the best hands possible. Precious loved them and learned fast. She loved them and every time we went to train us with her you could see how much she cared, and trusted them. We were excited to get her back home, and would not hesitate to take any pet in the future to them ❤️

Kellen, Ashton and the rest of the trainers did a fantastic job with our pup!! Before she went to school, she was so hard to walk on leash, jumped on people and was just a wild child. After school, she is a joy to walk on and off leash. She has learned not to jump on people and control her excitement. But when its play time....it's on!!! I have learned through my training with the crew that consistency, staying on a schedule and controlling my excitement is very important as well. While she was in training, we received several photos, videos and texts of her progress. I went up for training and learned her new commands. When it was time for her to return home, Kellen and Ashton brought her home. We went through some more training. They made sure we where comfortable and understood how to give commands. I am so grateful for Kellen, Ashton and the rest of the trainers!! I highly recommend Kroberts K9 if you need help with your fur baby!
