We recently moved into an apartment complex and realized Theo was extremely anxious and aggressive towards other dogs. He got into a fight with a dog in the park and we knew we had to get things under control so that we wouldn’t get kicked out or have rehome our dog Theo. We heard about Kroberts K9 from a friend that put their dog through the advanced obedience program and had nothing but great things to say about it so we reached out to Kellen and decided to put Theo through the program. This was the best decision we could have made for Theo and ourselves. Kellen did a great job in explaining why Theo was acting this way and how to correct it as well as the things I could do better to help Theo be successful. Theo before and after training is night and day and I can’t thank Kellen enough. He gave us the tools we needed to make sure Theo knew what was expected of him and help with his anxiousness and aggression. We are continuing training everyday after Theo returned home but he is a lot more confident and calm now that he has completed the program. It’s helped with his quality of life because now I can take him to more places with me and dont have to worry near as much about his actions because Kellen taught me how to keep control. Again I can’t thank Kellen and the Kroberts team enough. If you are having trouble with your dog or just want to have a great and obedient dog then this is the guy to take them to!!

10/10 recommend KRoberts K9! Braden and Kellen were a great help, and we were happy when we found them. Training with them was an excellent investment for our two dogs. They are a great resource to have in this area and were able to take a difficult situation with two dogs and return to us calmer, more focused pets. Day-to-day life is now much more enjoyable, and everyone is a lot happier. We looked forward to the weekly visits, and they each did a great job of coaching us on the proper techniques to use with the dogs. Braden worked one-on-one with me. He was very thorough during the training session and gave clear instructions for handling and walking with the dogs. He immediately showed me how to handle and respond to her so she would stop pulling and correct any nervous behavior, such as barking and growling. Braden always addressed my questions in a friendly manner, always very kind and professional, and has been super responsive and supportive even after taking our dogs home. I want to thank Braden and Kellen for all the work they have done for us and the impact it has had on our family. I recommend KRoberts to anyone who needs to find a great trainer for their dog.

We did a significant amount of research before choosing a trainer for our boys Olaf (Pitbull) and Bruce (Australian Kelpie Mix). We began having some behavioral issues after moving here from Arizona. They were beginning to fight each other and fixate very negatively. Their reactivity was out of control. We couldn't go anywhere without being pulled to the ground with their reactivity. Leash walking was impossible. Being in public was more impossible. Then, the fighting turned violent with Bruce losing a piece of an ear during the final fight. Enter Kroberts K9, LLC. Kellen and Braden - the Subject Matter Experts - took these anxious, misbehaving boys and turned them into more calm and controllable, happier dogs. Their 6-Week Board and Train program is intense - and it's HARD to trust the process - but TRUST THE PROCESS. DO THE WORK. Let me repeat - TRUST THE PROCESS and DO THE WORK. It's worth it in the end. It's a lifestyle change for us as humans too - one that is beneficial for everyone and every dog involved. Kellen and Braden set up a group chat for us and kept us updated periodically through their training. They endlessly reassured us as a family that this was the right thing. They offered resources and suggested books for us to read to retrain ourselves while the boys were being trained. We gave them permission to be tough on us because we knew that WE were the problem that enabled Olaf and Bruce to get to this point. They were tough, direct, and very pointed in their training of us - but always kind. They answered every question - sometimes multiple times - with patience, kindness, understanding, and thoroughness. If you're going to spend this kind of money, you need to be committed to the process. The program works IF YOU COMMIT TO IT. Don't expect that you're going to be able to continue the same home routines you did before training. EVERYTHING has to change - and I. DO. MEAN. EVERYTHING. We will be continuing our relationship with Kellen and Braden for future training and boarding if necessary. They worked a miracle with these boys and we're all going to be so much happier for it.💜

Where do I start? If I could give 100 stars, I would! Our dogs went to Kroberts with quite a lot of reactivity issues to both dogs and people, as well as some aggression issues towards each other. We were absolutely at our wits end with how to handle our two dogs, Bruce - a german shepherd mix, and Olaf - a pitbull. Their reactivity had gotten so bad that it was escalating into fights between the two that we were afraid one day couldn't be broken up. We rapidly realized within only about a week of Olaf and Bruce being with Kellen and Braden that our household did not have nearly enough structure that these boys required. We were letting them get away with far too much and Kellen and Braden helped us realize that while still helping and showing us how to fix OUR behavior towards the dogs. The initial training session that we had with Braden and Kellen was a little nerve wracking because we didn't know what to expect, but they were both very thorough with their explanations of how certain things were going to go, very open to any questions we had, and very good at explaining why they made certain corrections once the training session began. Both Kellen and Braden have very calm energy when explaining how they train, why they train the way they do, and what end result they are working toward for the betterment of the dog and the owner. And of course, they celebrate when things go right because it's kind of a big deal! We've gained a lot of confidence already in leading our pack and they've only been home with us for a few hours as of today. I can't wait to see where this amazing training takes us. I can't say enough good things about this business and the family that runs it. They have truly changed our lives for the better. So, a massive thank you to Kellen, Braden, and team for helping us with our boys and teaching us how to be better owners.
