I learned so many valuable training techniques, and the results have lasted. My dog, Bow, is now 2 years old and still remembers the commands he learned during puppy school.
We also use Kranky K9 for boarding all throughout the year, and I never worry when Bow is there. The staff is always friendly, caring, and professional. Most importantly, Bow absolutely loves going there and gets excited every time we arrive.

Casie deserves a special shout-out. She always helps us out with last-minute getaways or when our kids’ sports schedules change due to weather, and she somehow always finds a way to accommodate taking in our fur babies. That kind of flexibility and kindness means the world to us.
We’ve used both their boarding and training programs and highly recommend them. The training was effective, thoughtful, and tailored to our dogs, and we saw real, positive results. We also appreciate the complimentary medication administration, free treats, and the thoughtful details that show how much care goes into every stay.

He’s always wagging his tail as we go in for return visits, and doesn’t even look back at me as he follows the trainers into the center, so I know he trusts them and loves to be with them. He has a very specific diet and supplements, and they do a great job keeping him on his regimen. The staff are all so fun to talk to and we both enjoy our visits there.
