FirstBarkI was apprehensive at first, not sure how my boy would take to group classes but it was great! Highly recommend, can’t beat the price for a 7 week course

Lou is a wonderful trainer with tons of knowledge and experience, but above all, she truly cares about your success and goes above and beyond in helping you achieve what it is you’re looking to do. I am very appreciative of her help in training my dog Vida, but mostly in training me. Cannot recommend enough.
I have been training with Lou for a while now and have had nothing but good experiences! I have taken 3 dogs all at different levels in training and have found her advice helpful and effective! I highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I decided to take our daschunds to her beginner behavior class and we were baffled when we walk in and get told that our dog can not bark in there (We signed up for the class in hopes to stop his barking issue). So I leave with our dog and she follows and tells me that she did not want me to leave but instead sit down and force him to stop barking. He has barked at everything since we got him at 8 weeks old (now almost 1), and she expected him to stop within the first minute of being there. After she convinces me to go back in and try to make him stop by muzzling him with my hand, she asks me to leave the room cause he continued to cry. And on top of all that she called my girlfriend and I siblings knowing that we were in a relationship together because we let her know over email before arriving. 10/10 would not recommend Lou Kramer if your dogs issue is with barking.
