Kokoro Dog

We’ve had our dog signed up in Kokoro nose-work classes for about 6 months now and it’s been a great experience. We are doing this just for fun, but there are many other dogs in classes that compete- so it’s been fun to be part of that mix. Our instructor, Julis, has been awesome. Charlie loves going to class, and nosework has been an awesome bonding experience for us. Highly recommend Kokoro and Julis!

We've been doing the Reactive Dog Class with Julis, and it's been exactly what we needed! I feel so much more confident in my ability to handle my 10 yo dog-reactive dog out in public, and even learned some great basic tips and tricks to help out at home as well! Julis is very knowledgeable, kind, and it's very easy to tell that they care about all of our dogs' well-being. Having a reactive dog can feel very isolating, but Julis has done such a great job teaching us how to deal with so many of the situations that we had been avoiding for so long. It's definitely a process, and you'll need to put the work in, but in only ~6 weeks I'm seeing a big difference in my dog's ability to regulate herself, and my ability to calmly handle situations that previously would have me incredibly stressed.
