Connor and Maddison are incredible! We recently had our four month old pup at their two week board and train class. She was a different puppy when we picked her up! She is doing great with leash walking and basic commands. Connor also addressed any specific issues we were having such as nipping, jumping, potty training, etc. They sent photos and updates during the time she was with them. At the end of the training Connor spends time going over the training with every family member to ensure continued success. We love that we have six months of follow up support as well. This was such a wonderful investment for us. I would suggest it to any pet owner, especially those who are busy with work/children/life and need an extra hand with training. Connor and Madison have done a fantastic job with our one year old Staffie/Bulldog mix Jolene. We brought her to them to dig into some reactive behaviors around strangers and other dogs that we were concerned about. They were very engaging throughout her stay, sending us video updates and texts, asking questions when they observed certain behaviors, and preparing us for taking her home. They felt she needed a few more days after going out in public, which was at no additional cost. The facility is very clean and quiet and they even did many of the training sessions inside their home. I really appreciate the time they spent with me when I picked her up to make sure we were set up for continued success. While we've only had JuJu back a few days, she's noticeably more confident and controlled. Very easy to handle on the leash and she did a great job encountering the HVAC repairmen, whereas before she was likely to get agitated. Thanks Connor and Madison!
