Hi Ricky. I'm sorry you feel this way as I strive to do my best for everyone but it's true, I'm not perfect and fail sometimes. You mentioned that my pricing was high in comparison to elsewhere and that very well may be true but most of the feedback I get from my clients is that my pricing is very REASONABLE in comparison to others. Please let us know what pricing you are speaking of and tell us who is offering the price. You also stated that I don't check my email or texts so I'm making the assumption that I didn't respond to your email or text? I did look through all my email and my texts for Ricky Boss and NOTHING came up, no emails and no texts from you. Is Ricky Boss your real name? Please tell me as I would like to resolve this to try and ensure there is no systematic issue that needs to be resolved on my end. As I stated before, I take pride in giving my clients a great service overall. I really do and when people contact me for inquiries, I often spend 20 to 45 minutes on the phone with them to review their needs and even help some right away with training methods to use immediately. Despite not recognizing your name and not being able to verify your input; I'm going to let this review stand and I think my honest response will be something most people will understand. I'm very sorry that I had to cancel your appointment the same day as your appointment as I was looking forward to helping you but I decided to cancel the appointment for one primary reason. That primary reason was I didn't want to pass along anything that is contagious which was a good decision as both my daughter and wife got sick later in the week. As far as rescheduling our appt, I had many other clients in front of you who also needed their appointments rescheduled as well as I had to ensure I was clear of sickness in order to schedule.
