We LOVE Tommy! He is incredible with both dogs and owners. He clearly understands each dog's unique needs and is also really skilled and knowledgeable with owner education as well so that you can work well with your pups. Our dog Frank is a little nervous with new people and took to him RIGHT away. Definitely recommend using him a thousand times over.

With help from a friend and lots of training videos, I was able to get the basics but Laszlo was only listening when he wanted to or there were treats involved. We had zero recall with him. Tommy helped change both our worlds! What impressed me the most is that he took the time to get to know us and Laszlo and customized our training sessions so we were able to leave each session with a better understanding on how to work with Laszlo at home. Laszlo developed tremendously each week. Tommy is very patient and Laszlo is so receptive to Tommy. The two developed a touching relationship. Not every trainer out there can work with GSDs and it has been a blessing that a friend recommended him to us.

Tommy and I worked together training my two VERY energetic double doodles that are also brothers and litter mates. The way he is able to bond with them, help them understand his commands and then transfer that to me was amazing. We had two completely different dogs once we were done. We saw dramatic results after every single session. HIGHLY recommend Tommy if you need to train your dogs. It was probably oh the best decision we ever made as it relates to our dogs. He turned our wild and unmanageable dogs into SUCH good and obedient pets!
We used Tommy to train our new puppy! He does great with all the pups large to small! His dogs are so well trained and sweet and kind animals! I would definitely recommend Knoxville K9 academy to anyone who needs some help w dog training!
