FirstBarkI was speaking with my babysitter about dog trainers and she told me of her experience. She has a border collie puppy and at the end of some training sessions was told by Cynthia that if the dog doesn't listen then to take a plastic bottle full of rocks and throw it at her... Who gave her a dog training license??? It should be revoked

Told my husband to get rid of my dog when we got a husky. She grabbed the dog by the collar and lifted him up off the ground. Stay clear.

Extremely rude. I called to set up an appointment nearly a month ago, and the soonest she could get me in was today. When I talked to her to set up the appointment I specifically told her I would be at the end of my pregnancy so it’d be iffy. I’ve been having bad contractions and I’ve been puking all day and can barely get out of bed and I had completely forgotten about the appointment due to all of that. Well she called me and I apologized and explained and said it caused me to forget about it, and she said in the rudest possible tone “good luck and WHATEVER” then hung up. What a way to treat possible customers. Definitely do not recommend.
She is an excellent dog trainer, and her accommodations for doggy daycare are awesome too
