Kahlil is wonderful. When we rescued our 1.5 year old Great Dane mix, we were told she was dog and people friendly. People friendly mostly, but she displayed a lot of dog aggression. This was not going to work for us as my grand doggies come over frequently. Thankfully we found Kingdom K9 and specifically,, Kahlil. He had Daisy for several weeks in a board and train. What a difference! It made. But let me tell you, once your dog becomes part of the Kingdom K9 family they support you. Kahlil has been to our house twice. Most recently to help with the doggie intro. And he is willing to come back as needed. This level of service is amazing. We are so glad we became part of the family!!

Run… do not walk… to K9 Kingdom to get your pups (young and old) the training they deserve! We don’t start out speaking the same language as our pet. Kahlil and his team are the Rosetta Stone to opening communication with our fur babies!!!! Our Story: We took our German Shepherd (Hazel) in for training when she was about 3 months old. Knowing she was going to be a big dog we wanted to jump on making sure she knew right from wrong. Khalil was a straight up dog whisperer not only for Hazel, but for us as well. He worked with Hazel and then taught us what we needed to practice with her. It has been about 4 months since she “finished” her training and (though she IS still a puppy) she is the most well behaved/trained dog I have ever known! She is an absolute delight to walk and hike with. We are not dog trainers, but with the tools we are close to speaking the same language. Thank you Kahlil and team for HOW AMAZING you are.

Life-Changing Experience: Forever Grateful! I can’t express how grateful I am to Kahlil and his amazing team at Kingdom K9 in Poway. My sweet two-year-old golden retriever, Nala, recently completed the 3-week board and train program and it has been absolutely life-changing experience for both of us. Before training, Nala was the most loving pup but struggled with boundaries. She was extremely needy, pulled on the leash during walks (especially in new environments), and had zero interest in crate training, she used to sleep with me and would completely refuse the crate. I desperately needed help, not just for my sake but for hers too. I wanted to be able to take her to new places without the stress and be able to crate her for a few hours while running errands without feeling guilty or worried she’d panic. Thanks to Kahlil’s program, everything has changed. Nala is now crate trained and LOVES her crate, it’s her safe space where she eats and sleeps voluntarily, with zero bribing involved. Our walks are so much more enjoyable now; she no longer pulls and knows exactly where to sit, right next to her mom; even in new environments. She also learned the command “place”, which has been a total game-changer. Now when guests come over, Nala calmly stays in her spot instead of crowding the door. She waits patiently until she’s released and then greets everyone sweetly and respectfully. Being away from her for three weeks was incredibly difficult, but Kahlil offers weekly wellness checks which gave me so much peace of mind. Seeing her even for a few minutes and knowing she was in such good hands made all the difference. What truly sets Kingdom K9 apart is Kahlil’s dedication, patience, and deep understanding of dogs. He doesn’t just train your dog; he teaches you how to communicate with your dog. The included private sessions were so valuable, helping me learn how to maintain and build on Nala’s training at home. Kahlil makes sure both dog and owner are set up for long-term success. Now, Nala continues to go to Kingdom K9 for daycare and occasional boarding, and I have complete peace of mind knowing she’s not only safe, but thriving. Finding Kahlil and Kingdom K9 has truly been a blessing, his training is worth every single dollar. Thank you, Kahlil, for giving me the tools to be a better dog mom and for giving Nala the confidence and structure she needed. We appreciate you more than words can say! 💜

Khalil from Kingdom K9 is a great guy, and we felt so lucky to come across his business. Not only does he have a vast knowledge of dog training, he is also an effective educator. Our Rottweiler has fear based reactivity, and Khalil reads her cues so well and knows exactly what to do. He also communicated well with us when we were away, and it gave me such peace of mind to know that my dog was in his care. It’s clear to see the love he has for his job and for all dogs. Absolutely thrilled with Kingdom K9! My dog Bingo stayed for 8 nights while we were on vacation, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She got to play all day and came home happy and tired. Kahlil is incredibly kind and attentive, making sure Bingo had everything she needed and was truly well cared for. It gave me such peace of mind knowing she was in great hands. Highly recommend Kingdom K9 for anyone looking for a loving, fun, and reliable place to board their dog! Five stars all the way!
