Kinga is amazing - not only with dogs, but with their people. She's particularly adept at fostering deeper connections between the dog and it's person. I saw this in action last year - she had two huge dogs with her and was working with a special needs six-year-old who was terrified of dogs. She got down to the child's level to talk with him, didn't push him to do anything he didn't want to do, just talked with him about dogs, and his thoughts on dogs. Kinga has a calming presence that's hard to describe, but it's part of what makes her a great trainer. I'm still not sure how she did this, but within minutes the child choose to go up to one of the dogs and pet him (trust me, this was a BIG deal). She's also just a wonderful person. In addition to working with her private clients, she volunteers her time training service dogs for Veterans.
