Kentuckiana K-9

This is my second dog (both german shepherds) I have brought to Bob and both times have been wonderful— there’s a reason I brought my new puppy to him! I have brought two really good dogs to Bob and his training and skill helped really bring out the best in them. Everything is so much easier now and the training video I received helps me continue with the training at home. It’s been like night and day the difference in Kodiak. Never would I have been able to achieve this without Bob’s help. Although I miss Kodiak being away for 4 weeks at a time I am excited to be bringing him back for advanced training in January! We considered obedience training for our German Shepherd for a long time. We were reluctant and worried about trusting someone with him and about him being scared and stressed while away from home. We knew we had a wonderful dog, but he lacked self discipline-especially when he got excited. Soon after he turned 2 years old, we finally decided to call around and get more info on our options. After talking to Bob at Kentuckiana K-9, we knew we had found the right HIGHLY EXPERIENCED trainer to trust with our dog. Our main goals were for Tucker to learn not to pull on a leash when walking (he’s strong!), not to jump on people when excited, and not to dart out the door. These things were causing us a lot of stress and preventing Tucker from being able to participate in more outings with us. Since returning home from training, Tucker has been amazing and has exceeded our expectations! We have taken him for enjoyable walks multiple times a day! He hasn’t jumped on anyone, tried to run out the door, or even lunged at our cat. Tucker is still his happy, fun, goofy self—he just has manners now and is much better behaved! Needless to say, we are ecstatic with the results of Bobs training program! He provides EXCELLENT TRAINING WITH CARE in a safe and secure environment.
