Hildy is an absolute love—sweet, delightful, and such a joy to have in our home. She arrived knowing her commands and has been incredibly well-behaved from day one. I had never started with a trained German Shepherd before, but it is the only way I would do it in the future. I would absolutely call on Michael and Jeannette again—though hopefully not anytime soon, because we plan to enjoy many wonderful years with Hildy!

My wife and I first reached out to Michael and Jeanette in September 2025, and from day one, they both were so helpful with managing our expectations, and preparing us for the exciting adventure of importing a German Shepherd. January 2026 was when things really got started. After taking a few months to prepare our lives for the responsibility of bringing one of these wonderful animals into our home, Jeanette and Michael began the process of matching us with the dog that would fit best in our home. We have a 10 year old dog, and we were able to introduce her to them so that they could learn about her temperament and behavior. After getting to know us, our lifestyle, and our dog's personality, Jeanette & Michael began reaching out to their contacts in Germany. Michael & Jeanette helped us come to the conclusion that a male, aged roughly between 8 - 15 months, properly socialized with other dogs, and with a minimum of 6 weeks training, would be the perfect fit for our household. This was not an easy dog to locate, but they were very communicative with us throughout the process. In a very competitive market, they were able to present us with several options, and over the next couple months, they were able to match us with our perfect dog. He was just over 7 months at the time they imported him, with perfect medical records & temperament, came from an impeccable lineage, and had been raised around other dogs. Michael and Jeanette then spent the next 6 weeks training and further socializing him. Three weeks ago, at just over nine months old, we were able to bring him home. He is amazing on leash & in the car, house & crate trained, wonderful with our other dog, and is phenomenal around people, in public, in restaurants, and with other dogs. We could not be happier with our choice to work with Michael and Jeanette. I would 100% recommend working with them. They treat their clients like family, and continue to stay in touch. Both have reached out to see how we are adjusting, and how our new dog is getting along with our older dog. They always encourage us to reach out if we have any questions, and my wife and I have definitely reached out anytime we're unsure of anything or have a question. It's been a privilege working with them, and they bestowed what a privilege is to have this breed as a wonderful addition to our home and family.
