Kat the Dog Lady

I recently did the training program with Kat to train my 8 month old German Shepherd and the results have been amazing! She is very thorough with her explanations in terms of why my dog behaves a certain way and that has been very helpful for me to navigate his reactivity issues. My puppy, Bleau, used to bark excessively whenever he sees a dog and it was hard for me to get Bleau’s attention to get him to stop. With the introduction of many useful tools and tricks, Kat was able to help me ease Bleau’s barking on his walks when he sees dogs and he is now even able to focus on me when a dog walks by! It’s been truly impressive what Kat was able to do in a short amount of time. She is also very responsive in terms of questions after our sessions and is available to do structured walks with Bleau weekly to keep up with the training. Highly recommended if you are looking for a responsible and result driven trainer for your dog!

Enrolling my pup with Kat for a Board and Train program is one of the best decisions I have ever made! I have spent my life living with dogs and I thought I knew what I was doing: I raised many, all happy and well behaved, then I adopted Kilo my Staffordshire Terrier and he was a challenge to handle. The 3 weeks he spent training with Kat the Dog Lady transformed him into a pup who has manners. He is now eager to please, knows his commands and obeys them. I recently completed the loose leash 2-lesson program with Kat for my pitbull/lab mix puppy, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! Kat's training services are not only very affordable but also incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to follow along. My puppy, who is now 1 year old, has become very obedient and a joy to walk. She can sit and stay reliably, and her progress has truly exceeded my expectations. Kat is super friendly and her coaching style is very helpful, making the training enjoyable for both of us. I can't recommend Kat enough for anyone looking to train their dog!

Kat has been amazing! We have been working with her for almost a year with our now 1 year old husky pup and now with our 2 year old husky rehome. She has been consistent with providing well thought out advice that fit our home life and style. Kat is definitely our go to for training! We now have our rehome down to almost no reactivity and is doing well transitioning to our routine. Our other dogs love her as well and do very well with her guidance! 10/10 recommend!
