Karma K9

There are very few places/services these days that you can say, “That was a perfect experience”. Most of the time we expect poor or just acceptable service, wherever we go. My experience with KarmaK9 can be defined with just one word, The Word is Perfect! This word was achieved starting at the front desk when I first arrived inquiring about their training services, the last visit when I picked up Klaus after boarding him for a few days, and everything in between. Each and every time I have walked into KarmaK9, both me & Klaus encountered a peaceful atmosphere, a confident and professional staff. I’ve worked with many trainers in my life, both in civilian life and as a soldier, so this is an educated/experienced opinion. Our trainer; was a wealth of information about training, K9s and K9 nutrition. She has the ability to deliver her knowledge in a way that is clear, concise, and easy to understand. I was looking to make Klaus a Service Dog; and I did, but I got much more than I expected. Much More!!! They surpassed all my expectations! I can go on and on with praise for this wonderful place. The people at the front desk, the young woman who cared for Klaus while I boarded him, the staff who assisted any time we needed some distractions for Klaus during our training, just everyone!!! KarmaK9 is small enough for you to be/feel remembered and important, and big enough to take care of any K9 and K9 handler’s needs. There are a lot of places in Jacksonville, Florida where you can have you dog trained, but this place is the best. I’m 72 years old, I have many years of experience with working K9s, and I’m telling you this; KarmaK9’s Training was flawless! Boarding was flawless!
