Kandid K9 Dog Training

Finding Kandid K9 was a game changer for our rescue Chadwick and our family! We are so grateful for Ali and Josh for not only giving our high energy dog the structure and confidence he needed, but have taught us how to be great dog parents. Chadwick is pointer lab mix, so highly energetic, very intelligent, and strong prey drive. Taking him for a walk was a challenge. And now, we have learned how to keep him mentally stimulated and properly exercised, following all of Josh and Ali's training and advice, so that Chadwick can be a happy pup and a great addition to our family!

We are so grateful for the training our dogs were able to receive from Kandid K9. We called them because we were struggling with our 2 yr old male Doberman. He was very reactive on leash which made it tough to take him on walks and other public places. Josh worked closely with us and used different approaches to correct the behavior. Now we can take our dog on walks/ public places and we feel confident in our ability to handle him. Since then we've enrolled 2 puppies in their training program and couldn't be happier.

We sent our first dog, Paul, to board and train with Kandid K9 for one month and it was the best decision we have made for him. Paul had severe leash reactivity to the point we couldn't even walk him in our neighborhood. Now we are able to walk him in a heel position in crowded areas and rarely have any issues (of course we continue the training at home). He also sits, places on elevated surfaces, comes on command and does not walk out of open doors unless we release him. He also does much better in his crate for long periods of time. We missed him a lot that month but knew he was in great hands with Ali and Josh. Once his stay was over, the team came to our house for three follow ups and Kandid offers unlimited weekly group classes which are great. We got a second dog, Paisley, who needed less work but we still sent her to Kandid K9 because we wanted both dogs to know the same commands. We highly recommend Kandid K9 and have already referred them to multiple friends.
