I found Christine while looking for a trainer to work with who could train my Newfoundland Puppy and myself toward becoming a therapy working dog team. We started training when Boomer was 7 months old. First to pass the Canine Good Citizen CGC test then to pass the Therapy Dog test. Boomer went from 70lbs to 150lbs so good solid training was necessary to control a big strong dog. Christine’s positive reinforcement clicker training was just what Boomer and I needed. Boomer thrived under her training techniques and now is a very busy therapy dog in the area at 3 years old servicing several hospitals and schools. Christine is a knowledgeable, patient (with dog and owner) trainer. She takes her job both personally and professionally. She never gives up on a dog that she is training. If one approach does not work, through her observation and knowledge she adjusts her approach until success is achieved. Some dogs are easily trained, others are much more difficult.
