Hey folks I'm not one to usually leave reviews but I felt like this one was needed! My wife and I where driving down route 11 one day last week when a road raging maniac tried to pass us and sideswipe me and almost ran us off the road to get one car ahead of us like that did anything, so like any normal person I blowed the horn just for the road rager to start blowing his horn back at me looking in the mirror waving his hands and starts brake checking me like I was the one in the wrong here while getting the whole event on dash cam! At this point is when I saw all the business info of k9Ology all over the back glass, so just a little word of wisdom if your gonna drive like an idiot and run people off the road maybe you shouldn't have your business on your vehicle that's pretty good PR. With that being said we had two friends that used this place for boarding when they where out of town after showing them the dash cam video both will not be taking there dogs back there due to the rage of this person, if they act like that on the road who knows how your animals are being treated when no one is around! Still debating on uploading the dash cam video on Facebook for everyone to see the anger and rage of this person while driving a k9ology bill board around!

If you're considering K9ology, please be advised of the no refund policy. We found it very difficult to schedule our three private lessons. We were only able to get a refund for 1 of our 2 remaining classes. Trainer suggested 7:30pm as an option and was a no show for the rescheduled 2nd class. She did offer the use of the small agility yard, which we appreciated and used a few times. We weren't aware there was a cost associated with the agility yard usage, but the trainer cited this as why we didn't receive a full refund for our remaining 2 classes. It sounds like the trainer had some extenuating life circumstances and difficulty finding staff. While we found our first lesson helpful, overall we were looking for more professional, consistent training support.
