Before we even decided to get a new dog we checked out training facilities, went by and met Charlotte and her clients at an open house and really liked her facility. Charlotte is an absolute font of information delivered straight and to the point with humor sprinkled into the mix. Charlotte was invaluable in helping train both our dog and ourselves. We have never had a such a well trained dog and we love it. The crate training, recall, loose leash walking, introduction to other dogs, have all been a great experience but the recall is best as I can let her swim in ponds, creeks, bays and rivers and know she will return on command. Willow is three now, listens to recall, plays amazingly with the grandkids, is my hiking buddy and we are still constantly working on new training skills. Charlotte was key to making this all happen starting with puppy classes and moving upward to classes that fit our needs as a dog owner. I cannot thank Charlotte enough for the incredible skills she shared. The costs of the classes were well worth it.

I adopted Murphy without knowing his energy level, lack of impulse control and lack of leash training in his background. Charlotte has done a great job working with me and with Murphy. Part of what I most appreciate about Charlotte is her knowledge of the dog’s body language and their brains and her patience with both of us. Understanding how he thinks has helped me understand him and impacted our training in a very positive way. We have also boarded with Charlotte and I have 100% faith that he’s safe with her. I highly recommend Charlotte for boarding and training! She’s done a great job with me and with Murphy!

My daughter and I have two Rottweilers and have been using Charlotte to train them for the last 4 years. She is AMAZING no matter what Breed of dog you have. The wealth of knowledge that she has is….. unbelievable. No matter what you are dealing with your puppy or young dog, heck even old dogs can learn new tricks just ask Charlotte! And the good thing about Charlotte is not everything works the same for all dogs but she has so many tricks up her sleeve that I haven’t seen a dog fail to learn from her!! Give her a try. We have used K9ology for puppy classes, dog training, sleep away camp, and grooming services and we couldn’t be more happy with the level of expertise and care provided with each experience. The owners are knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and reliable. We would gladly drive over 1.5 hours from our house to use their services, as we truly believe they are the best in the area.
