Tom was prompt about meeting us and our pets. He was clear and friendly. We are so thankful to work with him! Added post training completion: Tom is a great trainer and it is clear from the first session that he can help your family with dedication on your part. He spent about an hour with us at each session, had us take notes, answered questions and gave us the psychology and understanding behind each lesson. Within two sessions, we saw our dogs be more focused and less aggressive towards each other. We are so thankful for his lessons, and will continue working with our pups to keep them happy, healthy and engaged!
