Tom is a nice guy, but a poor communicator. He was very difficult to understand. We thought for the price we were paying that we were hiring someone who would work with our dog hands on and then teach us how to follow-up. Instead, we were verbally given a lot of information and told to take notes. The biggest issue was that I struggled to understand what Tom was saying. Then, we practiced what we had just been instructed, however we were just learning, and the dog was just learning, so we were not very effective. We spent a lot of money, and have very little to show for it. Very disappointed
