FirstBarkCalled as an inquiring customer and was berated and treated horribly by the trainer that answered the phone. All I wanted to do was to get information about the services provided and didn’t even had the chance to hear that.

I have a cute little French Bulldog named Stitch, who's behavior was NOT cute at all. Vit worked wonders and now his behavior is as cute as he is. Vit and I clashed at first, but I put my hard headed aside and listened to what he said. Now I Love him and HIGHLY recommend him to everyone.

It is a world, not many know, so if you are serious about your dogs training and correcting your dogs behavior as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend Vit and his staff. I look forward to learning more from Vit to help the many dogs I work with to be able to successfully adopt them out to their forever families. Vit is a professional trainer who is very knowledgeable. He assisted me and my girlfriend with some our foster dogs. He also met with us and some other foster dog parents and held a clinic session with several dogs who have behavioral issues. He gave us great professional advice, direction and the motivation to continue working with the more difficult rescued dogs. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone who is serious about training and/or correcting their dog and its behavior. I didn’t even experience the training yet but the customer service i just received over the phone for an inquiry was AWFUL. kept getting cut off, i couldn’t even explain what i was interested in receiving. i kept getting my intelligence under-minded. the only way you can run a business is by making the people you are preforming a service for comfortable moving forward with said business. just with that interaction on the phone alone did not make me comfortable or feel like i can trust this facility, i bet its great but im not going to a place that makes owners feel judged or attacked. yes i hung the phone up a few minutes ago and i will never ever reconsider the place due that interaction alone.
