I’m truly sorry to hear that you were frustrated with your experience, as that is not the standard we strive for at K9 Tailshakers.<br><br>We care deeply about our clients’ experiences and outcomes, and it is disappointing to learn that we fell short for you, particularly when we were not aware of your unhappiness and without having the opportunity to step in and help while you were actively training.<br><br>Open communication is something we value, as it allows us to address concerns, clarify expectations, and better support both our clients and their dogs.<br><br>I do want to respectfully clarify that our training approach is not centered around just crating and tools, and we feel this review does not fully reflect our program. Crating, when recommended, is a common and appropriate management tool for safety and prevention when a dog cannot be supervised. Training tools may be discussed as options, but they are never mandatory, and our programs focus heavily on education, consistency, and clear communication between dog and owner.<br><br>Completing lessons, ongoing training, consistency at home, and active participation are necessary for success, as training is a journey and not an overnight process. Our team is committed to that process, and in your case, your trainer even traveled out of state to Indiana, something we do not typically do, in an effort to support you and your dog.<br><br>I have also reached out to you personally and would welcome the opportunity to connect, better understand your experience, and see if we can make things right.
