FirstBarkHighly recommend K9 Swim Center. We’ve been taking our 11-year-old black lab to Scott for about 4 months now. Scott and his employees are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and gentle with our dog. She loves going for her weekly swim. Plus, she has more energy and leg strength to boot. Thank you, Scott, for creating this space for Lexi.

A wonderful experience for my girl and me. Friendly experienced staff that knows how to deal with any issues. Krista, Matt and Scott are wondering people. The facilities are spotless and the price is reasonable. My girl loves going there and her limp is improving.
Love the K9 Swim Center! We just took our golden retriever/ husky mix to the K9 Swim Center for his first session. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind! We will definitely be back!

****PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR DOG HERE** Let Me start by saying as a business owner I have no pleasure in writing a Bad review. However, if any person has ever deserved it... Scott [Owner] is Definitely that person. I took My 2 puppies to his swim center and after the initial free session they really seemed to enjoy it so I Paid $1,100 for 36 sessions. After their 2nd session they seemed itchy [after being bathed], but I didn't think it was anything serious. After the thirdd session it was worse and the Vet said maybe their skin was drying from swimming and gave Us a special shampoo & topical. After the fourth and final session both My girls had open sores, they were itchy... 100% MISERABLE!! I took them in to see their Vet and she said they should see the Dermatologist because it seemed they were not only Sensitive to the chlorine, but there maybe something bacterial. My girls went to see Dr. Ashley [considered 1 of the Best Dog Dermatologist on the West coast]. Her findings were My Girls were allergic and/or too sensitive to the chlorine and they had contracted something bacterial in the water. When I contacted Scott to give him the final findings... He told Me that unless both My Pups were DEAD... he does NOT give refunds!! I told him how ridiculous that was and how could he expect Me to simply let him keep almost $950 of My money for no services being provided. He then Demanded I send him ALL Vet records for My girls and He'll consider it. I told him I will Only send what pertains to this situation and nothing more. I have sent him the information twice and Nothing!! I know Exactly what type of person he pretends to be in public; as I bought into it also... but this person does NOT have a shred of Decency nor Integrity... HE IS A LIAR & A THIEF!! FTR... He told My Husband & I that he Only Changes the water ONCE A YEAR!!!! I Am only posting this so no one else falls into this trap... ask for something in writing should things not work for you and your Fur Baby, so you are guaranteed a refund!!
Many great things about this place. The staff is very kind and friendly and helped my dog become a swimmer! My dog was very scared of swimming before coming to the K9 swim center. They dry the dog of very well after the session so no wet dog in the car 😎
