I have a female Great Dane that is 16 months old. I have had her for 2 months. She is fearful of everything. She had mastitis and I took her to the vet today and she bit the technican who tried to cut her toenails. Is there any hope for this dog?
There is always hope. Teaching obedience will also teach confidence. Carefully introducing new things and situations with + reinforcement will build confidence as well.

Paul is wonderful!! We adopted 2 rescue dogs, completely different breeds and each had unique issues. They had both been neglected and one was borderline ferrel. Paul was able to zero in on how to address each of their needs. His approach is calm, supportive and actionable! He quickly identified each of their queue's for us to look out for. After just a few months we are now enjoying completely different dogs. They are happy, much more confident, and sociable! We couldn't be more happy and thank Paul for giving us our doggy family! Paul's positive training methods are awesome! I think he makes the training process fun for the dog, and it sure worked with my crazy pup! His passion for dogs and training then respectfully really shows in his results. Five stars!

Our dog,Tally, received Basic Behavior and Manners training from K9 Star.
