Not only are Pamela and Michael incredible people, but they're the top tier when it comes to learning the psychology of dogs and how to train them for LIFE. We have a brand new puppy but we live in California. Pam and Mike had an over the phone session with us patiently answering all of our questions. They let us know what we were doing right and the bad habits we needed to quit immediately. No bones about it, very straight up and honest. Pamela's gentle nature and vast knowledge is the perfect yin to Michael's firm leadership. A great balance for two people working together towards the common goal of setting a family up to be healthy and happy and orderly! They also make themselves available via social media, phone or in person. They're so accommodating and their boarding "pet resort" is top class. I'm so happy Florida has these two to teach and nurture the pet owners of Palm Beach County. They're the best in the business and I couldn't recommend them enough.
Had my pups picked up on time and dropped off for a reasonable price & time frame! Will definitely use Them again! Super happy!
