K9 Solutions Dog Training

Cannot say enough good things about Chris and K9 Solutions Dog Training, but I’ll try to narrow it down. From the very first session Chris showed us the potential in our dog, Panga. The sessions were always fun and interactive but no corners were cut. If we needed to meet at a specific location to work on a specific skill, we did it. Because of that, I’d say he really goes out of his way for success. In 6 weeks our puppy went from blissfully unaware and clueless (in a cute, puppy way) to completely aware of her surroundings, de-sensitized to stimulating environments and most importantly obedient. She listens, she knows who her owner is, and the most majestic bird in the sky couldn’t take her attention away from me when I command it. I feel more bonded with Panga than ever, we trust each other. I firmly believe everyone should make the effort to bond with their dog this way. It makes for a fulfilling life with her. Chris trained our 1 year old Shepard/belgian malinois mix. We rescued him from the side of southern boulevard and didn’t know any of his history. Training was a must being that we had a 6 month old baby at home. Chris evaluated our situation and suggested we do a full 12 training sessions. We quickly learned our rescues quirks and triggers. His method to figuring the dogs out is truly amazing! He trains the humans too- and taught us so much. We went from having a 1 year old dog flipping over the stroller when bolting for a squirrel, to being able to walk him off leash next to us and stay in a heel position. He no longer jumps on the door when he hears someone coming towards the house, he sits on his bed and waits until he is told his release command. Truly is incredible. Changing environments each sessions and taking on any and ALL scenarios that may be encountered. Thank you so much Chris for making our Dale-dog even more apart of our family.
