Long review ahead! Kuzco is a pit mix that we got as a 10 week old puppy. I did my best to train him on my own but I had never had a dog so lazy, stubborn, and had the anxiety that Kuzco does. So I could only do so much with the knowledge that I had. Around the time he turned a year old, he was almost too much for me to take out on walks because he would almost pull me to the ground (which was a big deal because we live in an apartment). We couldn’t take him to the park or even just relax at home because every sound outside, in the hallway, or movement from our cats, he’d fixate on. I told my husband that I loved this dog as if he was our child but I simply felt that we couldn’t give him the appropriate home. I was so close to giving up. I just wanted him to be happy. We decided that we should try professional training before we “gave up on him”. We found K9 Solutions and although it was an hour away, the reviews and pricing was the best option. We went to Liz for our evaluation and she immediately saw the possibilities that us as a family had. She knew that Kuzco and I BOTH needed to work on our confidence. Just that very FIRST session was enlightening to us. We decided to put 2 weeks between sessions and the IMPROVEMENTS that we seen in those 2 weeks was nothing short of a miracle. To see him now? It makes me tear up! We go camping with him, we go on hikes, he ENJOYS people now. He doesn’t go for the cats as often (though definitely improved). Liz gave us our happy back. She listened to us, corrected us, talked to us. I cannot thank her enough. I KNEW the potential Kuzco had. No one else was able to see it besides us…and Liz. So thank you to all the trainers that have given all of us owners our confidence again! You’re so so SO appreciative!!

We did training with Aaron for my boyfriend’s dog Daisy. She was very locked in and focused on my cats and showing aggression towards them. We started training and through the classes and patience, Daisy has overcome her hyper focus on my cats and now able to be around the cats with no issues! She checks in with us and doesn’t acknowledge the cats at all. Thank you so much for helping relieve a huge stress we had when moving in together and we are so grateful that Daisy and the cats can coexist!
