K9 Service Companions Dog Training

Trinity is a liar and a theif. She took money for training that she did not complete and refuses to pay me back. She has increased my dogs insecurity by poking him with sticks and making him lay on the ground while people walked by on a day that was very cold, while she sat in the vehicle because it was too cold for her. My dog is a Graet Dane and has a thin coat. My dog was exposed to Parvo during a group training and brought it back to my sons house, and his dogs caught it. When I told her about my sons dogs catching Parvo (his dogs dont leave the house or yard). When i asked her about it, she denied knowing anything, i later found out through the dogs owner. When I confronted her i was told she couldnt say anything because of HIPPA, another lie. My asking her why she didnt tell me led to her refusal to complete his training or return my money. During the Parvo exposure Haggard hide to isolate at my sons house because i couldnt bring him home to expose him to my other dog who is 10 and has seizures. The isolation gave him bad separation anxiety. Trinity recently told me that she gave up on Haggard when he was attacked by my son's dog but for months after the attack she took more of my money saying she could work with him. I have had to work with another trainer who has made great progress with Haggard in just a few months time. I was also told by Trinity that Haggard could come back for testing when he finished his other training which was another lie. I have Haggards vet, his groomer and his new trainer that can attest to the problems Haggard had were easily fixed. Trinity also told me she only wanted to work with 4 breeds of dogs recently and Great Danes were not one of them. Then why did she ever agree to train him in the first place. She did more harm to my dog then good. She lied saying she didn't see the issues I'm talking about when she trains with him. If that was the case why agree to more training? I beg of anyone reading this to take this serious. Trinity is a liar and abusive towards dogs, but has no issues taking your money and abusing your dog or just not putting the effort she should. I have paid over 10,000 for his training with 5 sessions never completed. She refuses to send my money back or the receipts for the training that I have asked her for multiple times. She says she can only send it to my physical address that is on file but I live in the middle of no where and mail does not get delivered to the house. I am gone most days due to health issues and doctors appointments, and the Post Office is only open until 1230 so I can't pick up certified mail because I don't get back in time and leave before they open. I have asked her to send the refund and paperwork to my son's house who lives right across the street from her or to send it UPS or Fedex if she wants it to come to the address on file but she refuses.

Trinity is THE BEST. She has helped raise our Service dog from a pup. Helped scent train (seize alert), all the basics and public access. She is a great group trainer as well as individual. We also leave our dog with her to board and train whenever we go out-of-town. She has been great at coaching us and the dog through many stages of development. Plus she is very professional and a total sweetheart💛Highly recommend!!!

I have loved working with Trinity. I have been working with her for about 5 months now. I am doing the scent detection service dog package. I have fallen in love with training. She customizes plans that work towards where my dog is and her personality. Her communication is above and beyond(I ask a ton of questions). I always know exactly what I need to work on there is no confusion on what to do. She is knowledgeable, beyond qualified, and wonderful to work with.
