Hello,I just want to say that I have been trying to put my dog in this program sense July 30th and I called repeatedly asking for the same information and the lady that picked up the phone stated that to text over my information and she will get back with me, never happen no call or text back.Than I also kept calling no answer until today and she stated again to text over my email so she can send me the information and still nothing at all today.I hear so many great things about this place and really wanted my dog to go here but with this no communication back after they say they will do something is very unprofessional.
