K9 Reset

Rich was amazing to work with! He immediately put me at ease when I was nervous about the board and train program. He answered all of my questions and concerns. Our pup was already 4 months when we got her and I wanted to make sure she was trained and obedient because she is going to be a very large dog! Rich has a very calm demeanor and instilled confidence in both me as the “leader” and our Mikko! He continues to follow up and answer any questions and gives great advice to keep her on track! I would highly recommend him and his program for any puppies or older dogs that need a reset!

Our dog, Billie, completed the Board & Train program at K9 Reset, and it was worth every penny. Billie is a 3-year-old dog with a difficult background that led to reactivity, fear-based aggression, and anxiety. Since completing the program, we have seen an incredible transformation in her. She is much calmer and more confident around both people and other dogs, and our walks are so much more enjoyable. We've even had people compliment us on how well-behaved she is and what a good dog she has become! I was honestly nervous about leaving Billie for a week, but Rich made the entire process easy and reassuring.
