K9 Off Leash

I recently had the pleasure of working with Laura who is an exceptional k9 dog trainer, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of amazing. From start to finish, Laura and her team displayed a level of professionalism, expertise, and passion that was truly remarkable. One of the things that impressed me the most was the trainer's ability to understand my dog's unique personality and behavior patterns. By taking the time to observe and assess my dog's needs, the trainer was able to develop a personalized training plan that was tailored to my dog's specific needs. Throughout the training process, the trainer used positive reinforcement techniques that were both effective and humane. My dog responded very well to the training, and I could see a noticeable improvement in his behavior within just a few sessions. Laura was also very patient and supportive, and always took the time to answer my questions and address any concerns that I had. I felt very comfortable working with her and her team, and I could tell that they genuinely cared about my dog's well-being. Overall, I would highly recommend k9 Off Leash dog training to anyone who is looking for a skilled and compassionate professional to help them train their dog. Their expertise, professionalism, and dedication to their work are truly outstanding, and I am grateful for the positive impact they have had on my dog's life.

Very disappointed with this place and their service, I wouldn't recommend you spend your money here. we (my partner and I) were very excited to get our 3 month old puppy trained with them. We were promised photos & video uploads on a google link. out of the few videos posted only a hand full were of her being trained, the audio would be cut off most of the time over music. which i'd personally would've preffered to hear the live audio of the video. we were asked what we would like to adress her by since it was important for the trainer to call her by that, instead we found them calling her by 'psss pss' or kissy sounds in the few videos that didnt have the audio cut off. When we went in for the training classes she was being called 'jennifer' instead of her name (Juniper). we were asked by one of the employees to text them a list of command that we would like for her to learn and later we were told by the owner that they couldnt teach her those commands because she's too young. I understand that she's a puppy still but the miscommunication and false hopes shouldn't have happened. It was very unprofessional. we ended up taking her out of training a week early since we were already upset at how things were going Now she's back at home and her behavior is worse than before. She peed in the car, in her crate and jumped in a lake her first day back. I understand that the training has to be continued at home and enforced everyday, I also understand that she's a puppy and gets easily distracted but that's no excuse for her behavior to be worse than when we first brought her in, specially after paying so much money for false promises. I'm not one to leave reviews but disappointment is an understatement at this point, just wanted to come here and share my experience so that maybe it can help future clients save a few thousand dollars
