I’m desperate. I have a four-year old shusky(shelherd-husky) who is a biter. He goes after anyone who comes on property and he has bitten family members who have come to visit. With me he is gentle and loving but won’t listen to commands.????
i would not hesitate to call Nik Sharma at K-9 National Services. he has been AMAZING with our aggressive pup. we were desperate also but now, after maybe a month or a little longer, things are looking up. incredible. and we had a previous trainer who told us our dog was hopeless. same with a friend of mine. i promise you will not be disappointed with K-9 National.

Nick started working with my daughter and her dog Dahlia a few weeks ago. After just two sessions we saw immediate improvement. She went from being overreactive and excited to controlled and responsive. Nick is skilled in seeing things us average dog parents tend to overlook. Thankfully Nick has the skills to teach my daughter and myself how to be the leaders of our Doberman. We are truly grateful for K9 National Services.

Sadly I can not recommend. I really wanted this to work for my dog-reactive dog but he was (of course) on his best behavior in front of the trainer so the trainer couldn't really do anything during our sessions. Trainer also did not offer any other advice/guidance so I decided to stop after 5 visit attempts since I was wasting a lot of money to basically have this guy just walk my dog lol. He told me using treats is a waste of time even though they advertise as positive reinforcement training. Seems more like "quick fix" training vs long term. I would strongly advise people not to pay upfront for services if they decide to go with K9 National. I was refunded less than half of what I paid upfront and really feel like I wasted money.
****edit*** now he's threatening me with my information, saying he will report me to his "credit and legal department" for breaching the contract I never signed to begin with. He wants me to take down my review. Save yourself the headache.

We had our first visit with Nick tonight and it was AMAZING! He was immediately able to modify some behaviors for my dog, Griffin, in just his initial visit. Nick listened to our concerns and quickly gave an accurate assessment of Griffin while at the same time demonstrating care and concern for him. He took his time and explained everything to us clearly. We are looking forward to working with Nick for a complete behavior modification for our good boy!

If my husband and I could give Nick 10 stars we would! We cannot say enough about how much he helped us with our two male Shiba Inus. Both our boys are rescue dogs and they have completely different personalities. They had a lot of trouble acclimating to one another. We took them to trainers. They passed obedience with flying colors but at home, they just could not get along. For over a year, we reached out to a number of other trainers and behaviorists for help, but nothing worked until we found Nick!
Nick is an AKC trained behaviorist who truly cares about 'his dogs'. He cares about the humans too, but his priority is to make sure the dogs meet with success.
On the very first day, Nick came out to our house and watched our dogs interact with each other and with us. His analysis was that our dogs were 'good boys' and that there was a lot of hope for them. (Did I mention that we were so frustrated up to this point we were ready to rehome one of them?)
He analyzed my husband and me too :) Initially, most of the work was with me and Koda - the black and tan Shiba. Koda and I did not trust one another. I was nervous around him and Koda was nervous around me. Because of that Dexeter - our red Shiba, was nervous too and was trying to control the situation - all kinds of tension in our house.
Long story short, after a lot of guidance from Nick, and some backsliding on our part, everyone is getting along great. After about 2 1/2 months of working with Nick, we were able to take our dogs camping with us in a confined space. The dogs were rock stars! Back home from vacation the boys are even able to nap next to each other. That never would have happened without Nick.
We are so very thankful for Nick!

He really is the dog whisperer!! We have 3 dogs. And he came in and took charge to help us acclimate our dogs to our new blended family. Highly highly recommend! You will wonder why you didn’t call earlier!
