I was THINKING about signing my dog up for a swim class. Had no idea my dog had been signed up for the class. It’s the month for her annual & Im late on updating her shots. I didn’t want to get her or anyone else sick just in case so I decided not to. Didn’t prepay and didn’t receive notice that she had been enrolled. Didn’t show up for the class because why would I when I didn’t prepay or make arrangements to pay when I got there….I didn’t even know there was a time for her to be there that I needed to make arrangements for. I got a call today that I needed to pay for the class that I didn’t know my dog was enrolled in and that I would be invoiced via PayPal. I’m going to pay the invoice but I promise I will never THINK about enrolling her in anything with this company again. *Edited to respond to owner: To be clear, I was not upset I got the phone call. I assumed we would have a conversation and sort it out. I’m upset that once I explained the situation to the employee who called - that I didn’t attend, didn’t know I was enrolled for the class -I was told it didn’t matter I still needed to pay and would be invoiced via PayPal. She insisted I pay to the point that I grabbed my credit card to handle the situation then got mad & told her to PayPal invoice me and I would take care of it. The first reasonable conversation should have cleared it up. I still would have done business with the company had the first reasonable conversation cleared it up. Now it’s never happening
