Luis not only trains him but us on how to train him as well. We couldn't be happier or more proud of Wranglers progress. We are looking forward to starting group classes with our private classes. We can't thank Luis enough for all he has done for us. The K9 Guidance facilities are wonderful, clean and well maintained. Luis' dogs are beautiful and so loved. Arriving at K9 Guidance is like German Shepherd Heaven!
I have a 9 month old GSD that I've been taking to K9 Guidance since she was a pup. We do obedience and protection work. I drive 90 minutes each way because Louis is an amazing trainer and worth the time. The property/facility is beautiful and you can tell the dogs are loved and well cared for.
Sadly, one of their trainers (Mr. Donovan) made the decision to put down a pup who got hurt on his watch. The owners of the pup were not made aware of anything until AFTER he was euthanized. Review of the vet records showed surgery would have been an option! He didn't even give the owners the option to try!
Outstanding board and train. We dropped our 1 year old female off for 5 weeks and could not have been happier with the results. Luis loves what he does and it shows. He was in constant communication with updates which was really appreciated. Well worth the trip out from NYC. We’ll be returning for more advanced training in the future. Thank you, Luis and Alena!
