K9 Driven Chicago

Cesar has worked wonders for our families Great Dane! Cesar makes training easy to understand and breaks it down in simple terms. We truly are so blessed to have found such a wonderful dog trainer. Our Great Dane is 1 1/2 old and has quite a lot of energy, Cesar shows us how to manage and redirect that energy in a positive way without our dog feeling as though he can’t have fun! Cesar is an amazing trainer. He’s extremely knowledgeable, patient, and explains things in a thorough manner. I first heard about K9 Driven Chicago through a friend, who had sent his Pitbull puppy there for training. My husband and I were so impressed by how well-behaved our friend’s dog was that we decided to try them as well. Our mini Goldendoodle Tonga completed the 4 week board & train with K9 Driven Chicago back in June 2022. Tonga was 9 months old at the time and knew some basic commands (such as sit, down, roll over, etc.,), but we wanted to take his training to the next level. Tonga is a highly energetic dog who was prone to leash pulling, jumping on people, “counter surfing”, and constantly trying to eat trash off the ground. However, after completing the 4 week board & train with Cesar, we noticed a dramatic improvement in Tonga. He is so much calmer and more obedient now. When we take him on walks, he no longer pulls on the leash or tries to jump on every person he sees. While Tonga still has a “thing” for chewing gum, we longer worry about him trying to eat everything off the ground. Tonga also does well off leash and has completely stopped counter surfing, which is a huge relief considering all the things he’s chewed up (such as the tv remote, my cell phone, kitchen towels, and my husband’s glasses- just to name a few). My husband and I have opposing work schedules, so it was often difficult for us to try to coordinate a time to meet with Cesar for our follow-up sessions. However, Cesar was always very flexible and accommodating when it came to scheduling appointments, which we greatly appreciated. Tonga absolutely loves Cesar and goes crazy whenever he sees him. My husband and I like to travel, so we were ecstatic when we found out that K9 Driven Chicago offers boarding services for former board & train clients. We have used K9 Driven Chicago for boarding on several occasions and have been extremely happy with their services every time. In fact, we just used their boarding services last week. Tonga came home a very happy and tired dog. I highly recommend K9 Driven Chicago. Cesar is the best!!!

I was looking for a good training program for our high energy border collie and thankfully we found K9 Driven. We were skeptical about the price and boarding our dog for 4 weeks with a trainer but it was definitely worth the cost in the end. My boyfriend and I were satisfied and learned a lot from Cesar. Our dog, Luna, is now 1 year old and can play happily at the park off leash and responds well to her recall all thanks to Cesar. Our dog is not perfect and neither are we, which is why I will be returning with K9 driven in the future. We are excited to have Luna improve her behavior as the years go by. Huge thanks to Cesar and his crew for making our life with our first dog enjoyable!

Best training experience! Cesar is so passionate about what he does and wants to share everything he knows with you so that you fully understand why he trains the way he does. He is the most patient trainer ever, which was so important with my dog, Frida, who is so shy and nervous around men. Cesar truly wants you to succeed and have the best relationship with your dog. I have been using all the great advice and information from our trainings everyday and the difference in Frida’s behavior and my patience is so significant! I appreciated Cesar most when we started the e-collar training. His reassurance and rationales helped me so much when feeling nervous about starting the training. Frida has learned so much and our relationship has been so much better after training with Cesar! I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

My pup underwent training with Cesar and when he came home, I noticed a huge difference in his behavior. I loved how much my dog seemed to like Cesar so when I had to take a trip, he was my go to for boarding. Cesar updated me regularly and took great care of him while working on refining previously taught behaviors. My pup really seemed to enjoy himself and having friends to hang with while boarding with Cesar.
