My male German shepherd was a very hardhead man and was very reactive and sometimes uncontrollable with me I couldn’t take him many places because of his reactivity to other dogs along with the pulling and barking he did. I then met Denise and our worlds changed. My dog was only with Denise for 2 hours and he was walking appropriately with her and understanding commands I seen a difference in him on the first day of training. My dog seen Denise for 6 days from 8am to 4pm she would work with him all day long and by the time I came to get him he was ready to sleep hahaha. Denise showed me how to work with my dog and understand what he is thinking and she explained why he is having the reactivity and how to correct it. He finally finished the courses and for his graduation day we took him to rail house the one place I’ve been wanting to take him but i never could before but now he can go everywhere he understands commands he is not reactive to dogs or people. He is also still learning with me but he is doing so well. Can’t wait to take my other male shepherd to her.

Denise does it again! We had already went through training once with our dog Lucy. Our dog, Loki, had some issues with being stubborn and not minding thresholds. Denise was able to work with him on all of our concerns and train us on how to apply the concepts. Thank you again Denise, for all your help!

Denise is the absolute best! Our husky Stella did the fundamentals class and did some work with off- leash training… yes a husky off leash! When Stella came to her she had problems with bolting through doors and running away any chance she got! She now is listening to us and is doing wonderfully on walks. She isn’t walking us anymore and isn’t looking for any chance to escape! My favorite part about K9 Compass is she works with your schedule for any need! I was able to drop her off before work and I didn’t have to be there for the classes. She taught me everything after the classes were over so Stella already knew everything! Cannot recommend Denise enough!

Tanner came to K9 Compass with a few quirks and anxiety issues and Dennis was able to not only teach Tanner, but also taught us on how to better handle his behavior. Shocking how effective and fast their training is. In fact, after the first day, my dog wouldn’t come inside and I couldn’t figure out why. Well it was because she was already trained to respect thresholds on day one. As training went on, it just got better and better. They book up fast but WELL worth the wait if you can!
