FirstBarkI brought my Bernedoodle here when I was truly at my wits end. I had never struggled this much training a dog. Leash walking felt impossible and commands were hit or miss. Now I can take him out in public confidently, and his behavior at home has improved so much. I was also really nervous going in, and Denise immediately put me at ease. Highly recommend.

Denise, the owner and trainer of K9 Compass, is AWESOME! Denise is easy to work with and very professional. My Cane Corso puppy is now well trained, well mannered, and well behaved, which is extremely important for this large breed guardian dog. This is all thanks to the training that Denise provided. She told me the training objectives for each day and shared their progress throughout each day. Denise exceeded my expectations! I can't thank you enough, K9 Compass!! As a senior citizen, I was apprehensive about becoming an owner of a Berne doodle puppy. Nittany was high energy and never had an off switch. Denise taught us the skills we needed to cohabitate. Nittany is a sweetheart and thanks to Denise for reassuring me that we will have a long and happy life together!

What an amazing experience! Denise is a special person. She spent time with our 6 month old lab, Nova, working with him to gain confidence, overcome his fear of big scary noises ( cars, trucks, etc), and learn a solid foundation of listening skills to build on!! He is a sweet curious and very smart boy and had a wonderful experience with Denise. When we watched the videos of his day, he got excited when he heard her voice! We loved the pictures she sent throughout the day and the videos which help us mimic what she has taught him. I had so many questions and Denise took the time to answer everything. She went out of her way to make sure we had a terrific experienced and felt confident to continue teaching Nova. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a professional and very educated trainer to work with their pet. Denise is truly a wonderful person and amazing trainer! Thank you Denise!
I would definitely recommend K9 Compass to anyone that needs help with basic training or problem behaviors! Denise is awesome! She quickly helped with my Saint Bernard that was reactive to other dogs. But more importantly she taught me how to continue to work with him and to handle any situation. He is like a different dog and I can now confidently take him with me anywhere!
