I recently enrolled my dog in training with K-9 Basics, and the experience has been outstanding. From the initial consultation to the final session, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping both dogs and owners succeed. The training staff, were fantastic—patient, clear, and understanding of my dog's unique needs. They took the time to explain every technique and worked with me to reinforce the lessons at home. The sessions were structured and well-paced, with a mix of obedience training and behavioral correction. I highly recommend K-9 basics to anyone looking for quality dog training. They truly care about your dog's progress and your relationship with them. It was a worthwhile investment, and I’m grateful for the positive results!

If you’re stressed like we were about choosing the right place for your dog, rest assured that K9 Basics is the right choice. They have a great facility, and the trainers are amazing with both the dogs and owners. The price was way less than what we expected considering what they offer. Our dog has people aggression, and even though he is still a work in progress, the board and train program made it possible for us to communicate better with him. Now, we can trust him off leash on walks and hikes, as well as calm him down in moments that may be stressful for him. His foundation was very well built, now it’s up to us to keep up with it. Fortunately, that’s even easier with the lifetime training provided once the program has been completed. Coming to the Saturday classes has helped us with the little things, and there is always room for questions. But the best part is getting there and seeing how happy our dog is to see his trainers. Everyone there is amazing, but we’d like to give a special shout-out to Mandy, who has formed a beautiful bond with Dunkin, and Andrew, for being excited to work with him since day 1. Thank you K9 Basics for everything you’ve done for us!

Will never use them again!!!!!! Used to be a good training center years ago and the new trainers are horrible!!!! My dog came back aggressive towards kids, jumping more, way more mouthy and wouldn’t listen!!! They told me when I dropped him off , if he needed to be neutered they would tell me. They didn’t. And then after the training they told me to neuter him and that’s why he was being like that. LOL So all that training didn’t work. Trainer told me on pick up day after 3 weeks of training (nothing) “it’s okay that he’s mouthy and biting and jumping, he’s young” I HAVE A 160lb DOG!!!! That’s not okay. (Isnt that why I paid 4,000$ for training?) Then the main trainer told me it was my fault and yelled at me !!! HAHA . And wouldn’t help me out. Also Took them 4 months to get back to me ! I emailed, left voicemails , etc. so yeah, save your money and your dog and go elsewhere! I had to hire another trainer to fix what they couldn’t! WORST PLACE EVER
