We recently had to board our EM for the first time—and for a fairly long stay. The staff at K9.5 eased our worries from the moment we arrived, and we were genuinely amazed by the level of one-on-one care and compassion they showed Tank. They went above and beyond every expectation, which allowed us to fully enjoy our trip without stress.
The daily updates, photos, and videos were perfect and gave us real peace of mind seeing how well he was doing. We cannot thank the team at K9.5 enough, especially Addison and Laya, for treating him with such kindness.
We’ll absolutely continue returning to K9.5 for a variety of their services—our Christmas photo shoot with them was yet another phenomenal experience.
It’s clear that the staff truly love what they do, and it shows in the way they treat your fur baby like family. Highly recommend!

We use this boarder every time we leave town; they’ve earned our trust. Intentional care, clear updates, and a calm setup that fits our dogs. They always come home happy, well-groomed, and clearly cared for. Highly recommend.

Our dog has gotten boarded and utilized day-play here several times. She is always excited when we drop her off and is well cared for. We love that they send us pictures/videos of her and give us a report of how her day went!

This place is amazing!! We take our dog Nala there to get boarded. They keep us updated throughout her stay and sent pictures so we can see how she’s doing. The staff is super nice and they are very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.
