Can’t speak highly enough about this place! Went out of the country for a week & left my dog with them. I received daily text messages regarding my dog’s well-being as well as pictures of her throughout my trip. It made me feel a lot better about leaving her knowing she was being taken care of so well & the constant communication from the staff made it even better. I’m very picky about where I leave my dog if I can’t take her with me and this is the only place I’ll trust with her outside of family!

If you want them to keep your animal alive, this is the place to go. If you want them to be taken care of where they don't have to be in their own mess, I probably wouldn't take them here. I showed up early to pick up my dog the day of pickup and he was out of his kennel. His kennel was covered in excrement. His mattress was covered in excrement. His cone was covered in excrement. The excrement was dry on his bed so it had been there for a long time. He was out of his crate without a muzzle on (he is exceptionally reactive towards other male dogs and he is a 130 lb doberdane) he was in the kennel without his cone on where he could get to his tail, which when he is in a kennel he constantly chews on. After the attendant could tell that I was angry, they immediately started trying to hand me all of his belongings including food that was not his. We portioned out his food and wrote very detailed instructions on when to feed him, and that he was never to be out of a kennel without the muzzle and never to be in a kennel without the cone. Both of those rules were ignored when I was there to see it with my own eyes. I'm very disappointed in this service. I'm very disappointed in their staff and the attentiveness that they pay to the animals. No animals should be forced to sleep in its own excrement!

The best cleanest safest most reasonable kennel service I've ever had. My dogs were cared for we're happy on pickup and even got a report card. Cannot recommend enough.
