Called this lady named Shelly for some training sessions everything was going great so I thought til our second session, I was locked out of the house my father and me were having and outside get together since I was outside the house he's in town and works for military overseas never see him much my wife running late to get to the house which is who has the keys unfortunately she was gonna have to wait until my wife showed up she was 15 min early that was great but can't get in the house where the dog is at for her to train. Today we found out we have to pay a reschedule fee no biggie and that she's booked 3 weeks out but told us all day Saturday she's available for private training session when we first met then now she's just uncomfortable I run a tree business and even if I'm uncomfortable I still take care of my clients no matter what. Me and my wife are still tryna figure out what she's uncomfortable about. We just moved out here and still moving. I chose a one star cause I believe even if your late once you can reschedule and do a second training there nothing hard about that...She will still make 45 bucks if it has to be rescheduled
