We are a dog behavior training business. We fix bad behavior in dogs and teach people about dog psychology and how to use it to command their dogs. We no longer go to people's homes to train dogs; however, we offer behavioral training session from our private residence in Pharr. Common misbehavior problems we work with are: jumping, biting/nipping, pulling on a leash when walked, socialization, and not respecting limits and boundaries (invading personal space without permission). Ruben very graciously accommodated us on a Sunday evening and spent an hour and half with us. I have had a previous dog who was very mild mannered. After he died we adopted an adult rescue dog who is completely different temperamentally and substantially bigger. He is a heavy puller and lunges at squirrels and cyclists ( For some reason cyclists seem to trigger him) Ruben showed me leash handling techniques and gave me several other pointers to help walk my new dog safely and correct my dog when he misbehaves. In fact the time spent with Ruben was an eye opening experience. I am more confident now after just one session with Ruben. I recommend him highly.

I took my 1yo american spaniel due to pulling on the leash, jumping on people, and reacting to other dogs. We left Ruben’s place with a huge difference. My dog has done a 360 with her behavior and is now acting much more educated and normal. Thank you, Ruben, for all of your insight with today’s session! His one time training really left us surprised and ultimately impressed.
